Terms of Service

CrewField is an all-in-one CRM, scheduling, and billing platform for field-service businesses. By creating an account or using CrewField, you agree to these Terms of Service.

CrewField is offered at a flat $79 USD per month with an unlimited team — no per-seat fees. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial that requires no credit card. You are not charged during the trial, and there is no automatic charge if you do nothing when it ends.

You agree to use CrewField for legitimate business purposes and not to misuse the platform — including not entering unlawful content, not attempting to disrupt the service, and not accessing accounts or data you are not authorized to access.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You may invite team members, and you are responsible for their use of CrewField under your account.

You own the customer, job, quote, invoice, and other business records you enter into CrewField. We process that data on your behalf to provide the service. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.

Subscription billing is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the $79 monthly fee to your payment method until you cancel. Applicable payment processing fees for customer invoice payments are charged by Stripe and are separate from your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access through the end of your current billing period.

CrewField is provided 'as is.' We work hard to keep it reliable and accurate, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your data will never be lost. You are responsible for backing up critical business information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewField's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in or near Lakewood Ranch, Florida.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new 'last updated' date. Continued use of CrewField after a change means you accept the updated terms.
