About CrewField

Software that keeps field-service businesses moving

CrewField is an all-in-one CRM and billing platform built for the trades — one connected workflow from the first customer request through the completed job and the payment that follows.

Where it started

Grounded in the daily reality of contractors

CrewField started in Lakewood Ranch, Florida — a fast-growing community where new homes, pools, and lawns keep trades busier every season. It didn't begin in a boardroom. It began on job sites, watching good crews get slowed down by the same handful of problems on every route.

Founders Alex Chiru and Luis Fonseca saw it firsthand: the work itself was never the hard part. The hard part was everything around it — the morning scramble to figure out who was going where, the follow-ups that fell through the cracks, and the growing gap between what the office knew and what the truck actually saw.

Why CrewField exists

The office and the truck shouldn't be two different worlds

Field service runs on chaos. Schedules change mid-route. A customer calls in a panic while a technician is elbow-deep in another job. The information that matters — the gate code, the part that's already on the truck, the quote that's still waiting on approval — lives in five different places, half of them in someone's head.

When the office and the field are split, details get missed. Quotes sit unanswered. Jobs fall through the cracks. And the people doing the actual work end up re-entering the same customer into three different tabs.

On top of that, most of the software meant to fix it charges per seat — so every time a growing team adds a technician, the software bill climbs. Per-seat pricing penalizes the exact thing a business is trying to do: grow. We thought that was backwards.

Who we are

People who talk to owners and techs

We build CrewField in the open, shaped by the service businesses using it every day. When a contractor tells us a workflow takes too many taps, we fix it. When a trade needs a new way to log a job, we add it.

We'd rather ship one feature that genuinely saves a contractor an hour than ten that look good in a brochure. Every choice is designed with the technician in the truck in mind, not just the owner at the desk.

And when you need help, you talk to people — not a chatbot loop. Reach the team directly at support@crewfield.com and we'll get you sorted.

Product feedback and human support, always.

What we believe

One honest price that doesn't scale against you

We believe pricing shouldn't punish growth. CrewField is a flat $79 a month, unlimited team — so hiring a new technician doesn't raise your software bill. No per-seat fees, no surprise tiers, no hidden costs.

Every business starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. If it's not the right fit, there's nothing to cancel. We'd rather earn your subscription with a tool that works than lock you in with a contract.
