How CrewField handles your data and your customers' data.

CrewField is operated from the Lakewood Ranch, Florida area, United States. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Account data: the name, email address, and business details you provide when you create a CrewField account.
Operator-entered CRM data: the customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, service sites, equipment, notes, and other records you and your team enter into CrewField to run your business.
Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and device/browser information collected automatically when you use the platform.
Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure aggregate traffic.
To provide, operate, and improve CrewField — scheduling, quoting, invoicing, payments, and the other features you rely on.
To send service-related messages such as invoice reminders, booking confirmations, and account notifications.
To respond to your support requests and product feedback.
To analyze usage in aggregate so we can fix problems and prioritize improvements.
We do not sell your personal information or your customer data.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service, under their own privacy and security obligations. We share information only when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CrewField, our users, or others.
We retain your account and operator-entered data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, we keep data long enough to close out billing and comply with legal obligations, then delete it or de-identify it.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encrypted transmission (TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and act promptly if we learn of a security issue.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
CrewField is a business tool and is not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
