Switch to CrewField

Bring your data with you

Leaving Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Workiz, or a spreadsheet? Here's exactly what to export, the fields that matter, and how to get loaded into CrewField — without re-typing your whole book of business.

How import works today

CrewField supports customer CSV import and manual customer entry. Upload a cleaned customer file, map its columns, review the preview, and check the result after saving. Jobs, invoices, and historical records require a separate migration plan.

You can now import customers yourself — sign in and upload a CSV from the Customers page. Map your columns, preview the data, and confirm. Historical jobs and invoices need a separate migration plan.

Import & migration FAQ

Honest answers about moving your data to CrewField.

What can I import into CrewField?

Customer CSV import is available. Jobs, recurring schedules, invoices, and history are not included in the self-service importer.

Can I migrate from Jobber?

Export your customer list as CSV, then use CrewField column mapping and preview. Other records require a separate migration plan.

Can I migrate from ServiceTitan?

Export your customer list as CSV, then map and preview it in CrewField. Service agreements need a separate migration plan.

Can I migrate from Housecall Pro?

Export customers as CSV and import them through the Customers page. Jobs and recurring plans are not supported by this importer.

Can I migrate from Workiz?

Export customers as CSV and import them through the Customers page. Historical jobs need a separate migration plan.

What if I only have a spreadsheet or CSV?

That works too. Use the spreadsheet steps above — one row per customer, standard headers (name, phone, email, address, notes), saved as UTF-8 CSV — and we load it.

Can I import my data myself?

Yes — self-serve CSV import for customers is now available. Sign in, go to Customers, and click Import to upload a CSV, map your columns, preview, and confirm. Jobs, invoices, and recurring schedules require a separate migration plan.

Will my job history and open jobs come over?

The customer importer does not transfer job history, open jobs, or invoices. Keep your original records until you have planned and verified a separate migration.

How long does a typical import take?

Import time depends on file size and data quality. Review the result and verify a sample before relying on the imported records.

What should I do before I switch day-to-day operations?

Back up your source data, export customers first, clean and dedupe by phone or address, then upload the customer CSV from the Customers page. Verify a sample of records after load before you set your old tool to read-only.

We'll move your data for you
